Moppii Studio works hard to ensure quality of all orders delivered. All of our treats are made-to-order, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for the safety of our customers. If for any reason you are unhappy with your orders, Moppii Studio accept returns/ exchanges for items other than treats made within 14 days from date of delivery for both local & international orders. To be eligible for return, your item must be defective or incorrect. Wrong item ordered or change of mind are not eligible for returns/ exchanges. Our products are 100% hand-made. Do note that slight difference in measurements up to 1cm is normal. Your item must be in their original packaging, unwashed and unused at sellable condition. Sale and promotional items are not eligible for exchange or return. Items bought with the use of a promotional code are strictly not eligible for exchange or return. Customer will be responsible for the postage cost of return items unless otherwise agreed upon. Do allow us up to 14 working days to process your exchange upon receiving your return parcel. Kindly mail your return items to return address on your package. Moppii Studio reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if it does not comply with our return/exchange policy.
